Well, you should definitely know the sorts of things you'll be getting into. Since we're such a varied guild, as far as jobs go, you may end up doing jobs you hate, or working with clients you can't stand. It'll be pretty tempting to just tell them off, but you won't be able to. [Not that that'll stop Yuri himself from doing it, but eh.] If you think you can deal with possible situations like that, then you should be fine. Other than that, everything else about the guild is pretty straightforward.
