It depends on how badly the rule is broken, and on the person themselves. Say someone joined specifically to help other members of the guild with their work. That person might get hit with a punishment where they wouldn't be allowed to help any of Brave Vesperia's members, now matter what job they're involved in, for a certain amount of time. Or they might even be removed from the guild outright.
