[As per usual, Yuri's spending his morning today in the battle dome ... although, for those who've seen him in there a decent amount of times, they may notice something different. Like the fact that he seems to be using a mid-sized axe instead of a sword this time around. It even seems to be making some of his artes look and act a little differently as well.
He also has a sword leaning against the room he's using - namely the katana Luke got him for Christmas. Occasionally, during breaks in his training, he'll wander over to it and pick it up, as if thinking about something related to it, but he always ends up putting it back down again.
Feel free to interrupt his session at any point! The monsters he's fighting don't seem to be challenging him very much, to begin with.]

Got a bit of a question for everyone. Which do you think is better - swords, or axes?

As for you all, I figured I should let you know that I'll be trying to do a little recruiting around the end of the month. I'm planning on doing the usual through-the-journal kind, but if anyone's got a better idea, let me know.
... Actually, if anyone's got any ideas for the guild at all, now's a good time to tell me. Especially if it'd help us stand out a little more as something other than some kind of construction group.

Right. Why she was here. Noel relaxes a little, or at least tries to. Dislike her or not, there's still an uncertain atmosphere. And Flynn...]
I wasn't. [...] Not really, anyway. I'm... actually looking for something.
[action]
[He certainly can't think of anything too special about the dome that isn't more or less obvious. ... Though, he doesn't know everything there is to know about the place, either.]
[action]
Should she tell him? On one hand, she's nervous as all hell to bring it up, but on the other... it was her who told him all those months ago that she wouldn't let that incident happen again, wasn't it?
Noel should probably tell him. It would probably just seem weird if she danced around the subject anyway...]
A friend of mine told me a few weeks ago that there was some sort of Shift set up here a while ago. [...] A failsafe in case something ever happened again.
[action]
Actually, he's never heard of that before, so he does seem a somewhat confused when she mentions it. A failsafe, huh ...]
... I didn't realize this place had something like that. [A slight shrug.] So I couldn't really tell you where it might be.
[action]
That's fine. Now that I think about it, it might not be something you could see, anyway. [...] I didn't interrupt you, did I?
[action]
Not really. I was just finishing up.
[And he's walking toward Noel now. ... But that's only because she happens to be where the room's exit is. He feels kind of silly standing around in the middle of an empty space like this.]
[action]
But still, she'll step out of the way for him. What to say, what to say...] B-But you know, I was surprised when I saw you! When you were fighting off all of those bears... it looked like you hardly broke a sweat.
[action]
[Which is more or less true - Fatal Strikes, and such. ... A second after he says that, though--]
... Wait, just how long were you watching me, anyway?
[action]
[action]
[Juuuuust making sure you're not one of those weird people-watcher types on top of all the awkward, Noel. Estelle only gets a pass for that because she's Estelle.
Regardless, when Yuri starts feeling awkward about something, he usually tries to get away. Which is exactly what he's about to attempt now.
Because he is secretly 5 years old.]Well, anyway, I'm leaving. How fun looking for that ... whatever it was.
[action]
Huh? [Oh. Oh, he's... leaving.] Uh... I-I'll try. [.....] Have a good day?
[action]
...
But it's only for a second. He'll just go back to continuing on his way - although because of that, he'll give a short, backhanded wave.]
Right. You too.
[Sure, he didn't exactly sound enthusiastic when he said that, but ... it's something. Sort of.]
